Please excuse my brief moment of silence. Over the weekend four feet of water accumulated in my basement. The fire department was called to the scene due to an electrical smell. They deemed the house uninhabitable, shut off the electricity, gas and water and we cannot return until the health inspector gives the clearance to turn the electricity back on. That is the shortened version
